A uniform quality management system ensures that our work and our products meet the quality standard that applies to ACI. Our principles are eight guidelines that determine our cooperation and help us to constantly improve our processes and products.

Focusing on our customers and their satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do and is the benchmark for the quality of our products and services. Our goal is always to further develop and optimize our processes, also in partnership with our customers, in order to ensure customer satisfaction in the long term.
… Quality
Satisfied customers rely on the quality of our products and services. The quality of our products has a decisive influence on our competitiveness on the market and our economic success. Maintaining and improving this quality is a basic principle of our quality policy and our daily actions. This also means recognizing errors, implementing corrective measures and continuously improving processes.
… Employees
The competence, motivation, commitment, reliability and creativity, but above all the satisfaction of our employees are the key to the success of our company. The aim of our employee-oriented quality policy is to maintain and promote these qualities through internal and external training and further education and a healthy working atmosphere.
… Company resources
The human, material and financial resources of our company are the basis for the quality of our products, customer satisfaction and, consequently, our economic success. The efficient and responsible use of these resources is a matter of course for us.
… Environment and sustainability
Protecting the environment and using natural resources responsibly is an important part of our quality policy. In all our processes, we strive to conserve environmental resources and operate sustainably, for example by using reusable packaging.

The profitability of our company secures its future. The optimization of workflows and processes, cost-conscious action, competent and motivated employees and the efficient work of each individual form the basis for the long-term existence of our company and job security.

The aim of the continuous improvement of our QM system, its effectiveness and, above all, our error management is to improve the quality of our products, the efficiency of our processes and the satisfaction of our employees and customers.
… Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
By observing and complying with legal and regulatory requirements, we ensure the conformity and safety of our products, the occupational safety of our employees and the safety of our customers when handling our products.
ISO 9001 focuses on the customer and their requirements and wishes. The aim of the management system is to fulfill these customer requirements in the best possible way in a process of continuous improvement and to satisfy the customer. To this end, specifications regarding the effectiveness and quality of the service or production are drawn up, implemented, reviewed and, if necessary, corrected.
A certified QM system in accordance with ISO 9001 proves that a company is able to provide products that meet customer requirements, fulfills all regulatory requirements and constantly strives to increase customer satisfaction.
All areas of application of ACI Laser GmbH – development, production, service and sales of laser systems – have been successfully certified.
