The new Workstation Professional was designed with a focus on what really matters in day-to-day production: precision, flexibility, and ease of use. Intelligent axis controllers and a new precision axis system ensure high repeatability. Side openings provide additional options for attachments and feed-throughs, while improved visibility and optimized service accessibility make daily work easier.

Intelligent Image Processing Directly Within the Process
The AOI Vision System detects, identifies, and measures components, text, and codes directly in the work area. Marking content is automatically aligned with the component, and the result is then verified. This ensures reliability when component orientations change or geometries are complex, reduces marking errors, and supports reliable quality control directly within the manufacturing process.
The Robotic Workstation combines laser processing and robotics in a compact system. Components can be automatically fed, positioned, and processed - with repeatable results and high efficiency. This automation solution provides greater flexibility, particularly for recurring tasks, varying components, or higher production volumes, while simultaneously reducing the manual workload.
Integrate existing applications, call functions, and exchange data: With the WebAPI plugin, we’re demonstrating live for the first time how Magic Mark can communicate with external applications via a flexible interface. Using the integrated HTTP server, you can call functions from LaserControl, ScannerControl, and Workstation, as well as integrate variables, layout visualization, and event transmission.
Automated marking of laser films
The Foil Star enables the automated marking of special laser foils and labels and the processing of large quantities. The foil transport and the marking process are controlled in a coordinated manner. This results in durable, high-quality, and resilient markings with consistent quality - even at high production volumes.
