The Workstation RT400 is a rotary indexing table that is designed to allow laser marking of workpieces using a process that requires virtually no interruptions. The RT400 can be loaded and unloaded while the laser marking process is still in progress, and the time this saves is a boon to series production.

The laser system is controlled using our in-house Magic Mark laser software. It enables the marking of workpieces with text, graphics, codes (DataMatrix codes, barcodes), serial numbers and logos. It can also be used to apply circumferential marking to rotationally symmetrical components without using an attachment. Intelligent rights management supports the creation of different operator groups. This allows the laser system to be adapted to the respective user requirements. Fully automatic operation with data exchange to various data sources is easily possible when used in automated production lines. The functions of Magic Mark can optionally be extended using plug-ins such as the code or script module.

The Workstation Professional is a turnkey system solution in accordance with laser protection class 1 and therefore guarantees maximum operator safety. No additional safety equipment is required.
An integrated light curtain provides additional user protection. If this is triggered, all processes are stopped. The process can be continued by pressing the start button again.
As an accessory option, we offer you special extraction and filter systems for extracting the pollutants produced during laser processing. A corresponding connection for an external laser extraction system is available on the laser station.
The ergonomically optimized design of the table workstations and the practical functionality ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
